Crossing the Threshold 13 Intentions for a Regulated, Resourced Year An audio-only somatic practice for people doing real work in the real world This is not a goal-setting program. It’s not a manifestation challenge or a productivity reset. Crossing the Threshold is an audio-only practice designed to support your nervous system as you move through work, leadership, creativity, grief, and change, without burning yourself out in the process. Inside this course, you’ll be guided through 13 grounding intention practices, each recorded as a short, embodied audio you can return to again and again. These intentions aren’t something to achieve. They are orientations, gentle agreements that help your body feel safe enough to receive what you’re building. You’ll also receive a long-form yoga nidra–style integration practice, created to help these intentions settle beneath the surface, where real regulation and sustainability live. This course is especially supportive if you: ~Feel capable but tired ~Are building or rebuilding something meaningful ~Want your work to be well-resourced without over-efforting ~Know strategy matters, but regulation matters more ~Are done forcing clarity and ready to let it emerge There is nothing to complete.
